At Jazi, we aim to provide a clear and smooth return and refund process under the following terms: 

1. Return Eligibility 

Products may be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original condition with all original packaging and accessories. All returned items are subject to a quality inspection prior to refund approval. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately through our official support channels for a free return. 

2. Return Fees 

The first return per order is free of charge. Any additional return request for the same order will incur a 30 SAR return fee. 

3. How to Request a Return via the App You can submit a return request directly through the app by following these steps: Go to Orders in the app, select the order, tap Return, choose the items you wish to return, and select the reason for return. Once the request is submitted, it will be reviewed, and we will get back to you within up to 3 business days. 

4. Return Process & Refund Timeline 

After the returned items are received at our warehouse and pass the quality inspection, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Refunds are processed within 14 business days from the date the items reach our warehouse. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving a wrong or defective item. 

5. Non-Returnable Items 

The following items are not eligible for return, including but not limited to: 

Underwear and personal-use items 

• Accessories 

• Electronic devices 

• Used or damaged products 

• Items clearly marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase
