Definitions 

• App” refers to the Jazi mobile application available on smart devices. 

• User” refers to any individual who downloads or uses the app. 

• We”, “Us”, or “App Management” refers to the owner and operator of the Jazi App. 

• Services” refers to all features and services provided through the app. 

Account Creation

• Users must provide accurate and truthful information when registering. 

• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login details. 

• We have the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or provide incorrect information. 

Acceptable Use Policy 

• The app may not be used for illegal purposes or in a way that violates the rights of others. 

• Misuse of services, such as posting inappropriate content, fraud, or attempting to hack the app’s systems, is prohibited. 

• We reserve the right to suspend or ban any user who violates these policies without prior notice. 

Return and Refund Policy 

• Products can be returned within 14 days from the date of receiving the order. 

• Products must be in their original condition, unused, undamaged, and with all original packaging and accessories. 

• Returned products are subject to quality inspection before a refund is approved. 

• The first return for each order is free of charge. If an additional return request is made for the same order, a return fee of 30 SAR will apply. 

• Refunds will be processed to the same bank account used for payment within 14 business days after the returned item is received at our warehouse and passes quality inspection. 

Payment and Order Cancellation 

• All transactions are final unless the item is eligible for return. 

• Orders can be cancelled within one hour of purchase unless they have already been shipped. 

• Jazi reserves the right to cancel suspicious orders due to fraud, pricing errors, or policy violations. 

Privacy Policy and Data Protection 

• We respect user privacy and handle data in accordance with our privacy policy. 

• Data is collected to improve services and enhance user experience. 

• User data will not be shared with third parties without prior consent, except in legal cases. 

  
  

Intellectual Property Rights 

• All content, trademarks, and logos used in the app are owned or licensed by us and may not be used without permission. 

• Copying, modifying, or distributing any part of the app without official authorization is prohibited. 

Limitation of Liability 

• We are not responsible for any losses or damages resulting from the use of the app, including technical issues, errors, or service unavailability. 

• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the app without prior notice. 

Amendments to the Terms & Conditions 

• We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time, and users will be notified of changes via the app or email when necessary. 

• Continued use of the app after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
