Definitions
"App" refers to the Jazi application available on smart devices. "User" refers to any person who downloads or uses the app. "We" or "App Management" refers to the entity that owns and operates the Jazi app. "Services" refers to all services and features available via the Jazi app.
Acceptance and Use
By using the app, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
We reserve the right to modify or update these terms at any time, and users will be notified of changes when necessary.Account Creation
Users must provide accurate and correct information when registering.
Users are responsible for keeping their login information confidential.
We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or provide incorrect information.Acceptable Use Policy
The app may not be used for any illegal purposes or to violate the rights of others.
Misuse of services, such as posting inappropriate content, fraud, or attempting to breach the app's systems, is prohibited. We reserve the right to suspend or block any user who violates these policies without prior notice.Return and Refund Policy
Products can be returned within 14 days of receiving the order.
The products must be in their original, unused, undamaged condition, with all accessories and original packaging. Returned products will undergo a quality check before refund approval.
Returns are free for the first return per order. For any additional returns on the same order, a 30 SAR return fee will apply. Refunds will be processed to the same bank account used for payment within 14 business days from the product’s arrival at our warehouse and passing the quality check. Non-returnable items include: accessories, electronic devices, and underwear Orders cannot be modified after completion. You simply need to receive the order and then return itPayment and Order Cancellation
All transactions are final, unless the item is eligible for return.
Orders cannot be canceled, except for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, which may be canceled within 5 minutes of order completion. Jazi reserves the right to cancel orders that are suspected of fraud, pricing errors, or policy violations.Privacy Policy and Data Protection

Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for any losses or damages arising from the use of the app, including technical issues, errors, or service unavailability. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the app without prior notice.
Amendments to the Terms & Conditions
We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. Users will be notified of changes via the app or email when necessary. Continued use of the app after modifications indicates acceptance of the new terms.
